No set up required
IntelliCode is pre-configured for use with 96, 48 and 24 format racks.
Automatic rack type detection
Simply place your rack on the reader and IntelliCode will determine the rack profile (96, 48 or 24), automatically decode each tube and save your data.
Advanced export functions
Create text files (txt or CSV).
The built-in generator will customize the export file so that it is compatible with any LIMS or Database system.
Alternatively, use the auto-generate function to create a file in standard export format.
Create reports in MS Word
Design a Word template with your logo, add images and customise the format. IntelliCode can automatically use this template to create beautifully presented reports ready for your internal and external customers.
Database export function
Use the built-in database connector for secure transfer of scanned tube data to your corporate SQL database.
Unique audit trail
IntelliCode keeps an audit trail of all the decoding performed.
To recreate any export files, change the format or make a backup copy, simply set the date range required and IntelliCode will generate the export files as required.

Profiles and export files can be shared between users on a single PC, and also across a network, to reduce set-up time.
No tube feature
Our software is able to discriminate between a tube with a barcode that cannot be decoded and a rack position with no tube, and will not attempt decode empty tube positions. Data files are kept “clean” as wasted data entry is avoided, leading to faster rack reading.
Advanced rack ID functionality
IntelliCode can perform both 2D and 1D rack decoding (when used with a FluidX ImpressionTM scanner with “mirror” linear barcode reader).
A manual input option is available. This is particularly useful when the scanner is unable to read the barcode (e.g. if rack is placed incorrectly or no barcode present) or if an independent linear barcode reader is to be used.
Automatic rack orientation
IntelliCode will use either a 1D or 2D barcode rack identifier to provide automatic rack orientation and advanced controls allow you to optimize this function.

Uses a Dual Decoding Engine so both FluidX proprietary decoding and industry-standard decoding engines work simultaneously to provide additional power and speed.
Modern PCs can ship with six cores or more. To get the most from your hardware, and scale efficiently between two and six (or more) CPU cores, IntelliCode employs a tasking method to decouple algorithmic parallelism from implementation and allow scaling to N cores.
With true Multi-Core optimization, IntelliCode has been designed for use with modern PCs. This parallel processing enables a rack of 96 2D barcoded tubes to be decoded in less than 300ms.
No dongle required
We use a license key to activate the software rather than a dongle, no wasted USB port.
